Sameer Rastogi, M.D.

Dr. Sameer Rastogi, M.D., is a faculty member in the Department of Medical Oncology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, a leading tertiary care center in North India. He currently runs a dedicated sarcoma/desmoid tumor/gastrointestinal stromal tumor medical oncology clinic at AIIMS New Delhi. Dr. Rastogi completed his medical oncology fellowship at Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, and has various publications to his credit including well-known journals. Notably, he has received international recognition, including the Young Investigator Award from the International Society of Pediatric Oncology and the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia Asia Pacific Award.

Dr. Rastogi has researched various aspects of desmoid tumors, such as sorafenib efficacy, toxicities, and outcomes. Additionally, he has undertaken a quality-of-life study on desmoid tumors. He works with the Sachin Sarcoma Society, a patient support group, which provides resources and support to patients with desmoid tumors.
