Choose from all food groups and colors. Stay away from trans and hydroginated fats. Use butter and olive oil. The body needs it for hormone production.

There is no trick other than to eat a healthy diet of varied foods that are not messed with. Stay away from fast food. It is not healthy and causes more health problems that you know. Good luck.
