I had no choice as I have so many health problems it is mind boggling to realize that I am still alive and managing most. I have besides that cancer, diabetes, Chronic kidney disease, stage 4 but not yet on dialysis, anemia, fibromyalgia and a host of other things. Meds can clash, food does not

Cabbage and beans with onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms,pork and potatoes or small pasta. I also like lentils, same veggies. We like lots of garlic and other spices.

I follow a diet for life. Food is medicine and medicine is food. You need good food to survive. No fast food. No packaged food except beans, rice, spaghetti and maybe some dried items. You need fresh foods that
are not messed with. Watch the types of carbs you chose and how much
Cancer loves sugars of any kind.
